Leadership from the Heart – Workshop with Marc Drouin

Leadership is a lifelong journey that begins with self-awareness. This is an invitation to take a step back from your work-life and bring awareness to what calls for your attention. Are you ready for the next step in your personal and professional development?

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to work with your leadership values and how to inspire the change that is needed in your own life and around you. You will also examine what is blocking you from making full use of your resources. You will get new perspectives on leadership and on yourself by moving beyond limiting definitions from the past.

Some of the main themes of this workshop will be what Indigenous people’s wisdom can teach the Western world – and how we are able to move beyond limiting definitions. With his excellent abilities as a facilitator, Marc Drouin provides a different and challenging angle to the choices we make in our lives and our work, and in this workshop he will share knowledge and experiences in a powerful setup at Borre Knob.
