Purchase Terms

Payment
We receive the following payment cards without imposing a fee:

• Dancard/Visa Dancard
• International Visa Card
• Mastercard
• International Mastercard
• Visa Electron
• Maestro
• JCB Card

Payment by credit card is secured and approved by PBS/TELLER/NETS.

We deduct the money when we ship your goods and, of course, only the approved amount can be raised on the card. Payment card information cannot be read by employees. The information will only be used by Stifinder A/S and not disseminated to other pages.

Delivery

We send your order within 1-3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping & Delivery: Free of charge in Denmark.

Write to us at nicoline@stifinder.com if you want your goods shipped abroad, then we will find a solution.

You will receive an email when your parcel is shipped with tracking number, so the package can be followed until it is ready for pickup.

14 Days Full return

If an item does not meet your expectations, you will of course have a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item.

Labels must be intact.

The item must be in the same condition as when sending from Stifinder A/S.

If the goods are returned in a condition which diminishes the sales value of the goods, the right of withdrawal ceases.

Goods returned must not have been put into service.

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that you will receive only part of the purchase amount, or no return, depending on the commercial value of the item.

You are responsible for the item until we have received it back to our warehouse.

Please note that we do not receive packages delivered to packing shops or other delivery sites. We only receive packages sent directly to our above address. We do not receive “receiver pays” packages.

If the packaging has suffered damage during transport, we reserve the right to refuse the receipt package.

We will reverse the price of the item you have returned to us on the card used once we have received the goods back within a week.

All shipping costs for returning a product are borne by the purchaser.

You have 2 years of warranty.

You have 2 years of warranty for manufacturing defects. We will try to repair errors if possible. Otherwise, we’ll credit the product.

In case of defects, missing or missed deliveries contact us quickly, and within 14 days.

Reservation of price errors and sold out products

Stifinder A/S is not responsible for goods sold out and price errors.

Pictures of the items

Stifinder A/S emphasizes that the goods in the web shop are shown on the pictures as accurately as possible.

However, because the colors in a computer screen vary a lot, small shades can be precomeable.

All prices on www.shop.stifinder.net are quoted in DKK and include VAT. 25% VAT + Free shipping in Denmark.
