Leadership from within – an inspirational event with Alfred Josefsen and Hannah Holst Kragelund

On 5th of May, we invite you to a special event where you can meet the team behind Stifinder and hear two Stifinder leaders share the messages and discoveries about leadership that they are passionate about passing on.

You will meet Alfred Josefsen, Stifinder and founder and CEO of Alma Madmarked, and Hannah Holst Kragelund, Stifinder and Head of People & Culture, Europe at Svitzer. Two leaders with very different backgrounds, but with one thing in common: They know what it means to lead with your heart first.

Both will give an inspirational presentation on leadership – about the demands of the future, about what they themselves have discovered and about the realizations from the Stifinder Program that have stuck and still influence the way they lead.

Today’s program

14.00 – Welcome: Christer Zäll, CEO in Stifinder, about the Stifinder Programme – and the Stifinder effect.

14.15 – Alfred Josefsen became a Stifinder in 2001, in the middle of the work of turning around a crisis-stricken Irma. What he discovered about himself and about leadership back then still influences the way he leads today. For Alfred, leadership is not about people, about energy and about creating a place where people want to give their best. He talks about what happens when a leader stops managing and starts giving confidence to his people. About daring to stand for something. And about why the most important managerial discoveries do not come from books, but from what you encounter in yourself.

15.00 – Hannah Holst Kragelund completed the Stifinder Programme in 2024. She works with people and organizations across Europe on a daily basis, in an environment where complexity and change are commonplace. She talks about what Pathfinder triggered in her and how it has since changed her way of leading and living. About what it takes to be present as a leader when the pressure is greatest. And about why the realizations that really stick are the ones you can’t learn.
