Change is a natural part of both professional and personal life. Whether you’re currently navigating a transition or want to prepare yourself for future shifts, this workshop is designed for you.

Perhaps you’re facing new demands, a reorganization, a leadership shift – or something personal that calls for a different path. Over two focused and reflective days, you’ll work with a real challenge from your life or leadership. You’ll gain insights, practical tools, and professional sparring to help you create direction, manage resistance, and confidently navigate uncertainty.

This workshop will help you move from reaction to action, from confusion to clarity. You’ll strengthen your personal leadership, build greater inner calm, and leave with a proactive strategy for the change you’re facing—now and in the future.

Time: Day 1: 10:00 – 22:00 | Day 2: 07:00- 16:00.
Venue: Gl. Avernæs Sinatur Hotel & Konference, Helnæsvej 9, 5631 Ebberup (Fyn, Denmark).
Price: DKK 16,000 + VAT including accommodation and meals.

Bring: A concrete change or challenge you’re currently facing.

Target audience: Open to all managers, specialists, project managers and other professionals working with or facing changes in life. The workshop will be in Danish. In case we have participants, who do not speak Danish, the workshop will be held in English.

Facilitators: Christer G. Zäll, Nicoline Gaardmand Zäll, and Mikkel Schjøtz – alle three experienced facilitators from the Stifinder Programme and Stifinder´s and workshops.

You’ll receive practical details about one month before the workshop begins.
Free cancellation up to 90 days before the workshop. After that, your registration is binding. Invoices are issued 90 days prior to the start date.
