This afternoon you will get inspiration and practical tools from Marc Drouin’s extensive work with thousands of leaders in Denmark and around the world. For more than 30 years, Marc has developed a deep understanding of what it truly takes to lead with authenticity, and to inspire others to follow. He has a rare gift for connecting ancient indigenous wisdom to modern leadership.

About Marc Drouin

Marc Drouin has been part of Stifinder since 1994. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership development across cultures and continents, he brings unique perspectives: indigenous wisdom applied to the challenges of modern leadership.

He is a one of a kind facilitator, present, funny and a brilliant storyteller. He has a rare ability to turn complex topics into something immediately applicable, touching the human aspects of life that we all recognise but rarely address. Marc creates a safe space that leaves his audience inspired, curious and ready to take the next step.

Marc has worked with patients at Aarhus University Hospital, exploring what happens when indigenous wisdom meets people facing their most difficult life experiences. The work and its results are documented in the book Frisat.

He is also the author of Circle of Life, a book about how we as human beings can learn to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us, exploring what it truly means to live with integrity, love and courage.
