We are proud and excited to invite you to this Master Class in the beautiful and powerful nature of Småland, Sweden.

Together with the Stifinder team and our trusted partners from the Andes Mountains of Peru, we will explore how ancient wisdom and modern leadership come together. Through teachings, ceremonies, reflection, and time in nature, this journey invites you to lead with presence, clarity, and purpose.

This Master Class is for Stifinders ready to deepen their knowledge and leadership – as a way of being in the world. Guided by indigenous Andean leadership methods and Nordic traditions, we create a space for leadership development and long lasting impact on our organizations and communities.

Date: June 23rd – 26th 2026 at Möllan Retreat, Småland in Sweden.

We will meet in Copenhagen on the morning of June 23 and travel together by bus to Möllan – and will return by bus to Copenhagen on 26th of June.

Price: 35,000 DKK + VAT  (including accommodation, meals and transport).

The deadline for canceling your registration and receiving a full refund is 15th of December 2025.
The course fee will be invoiced in two part payments:
DKK 15,000 + vat on 1st of November 2025 and DKK 20,000 + vat on 15th of January 2026.
