Sustainable Leadership
Master Class for Stifinders
With Puma From Peru and The Stifinder Team
A Transformational Journey
into Leadership and Ancient Wisdom
We are proud and excited to invite you to a special Master Class set in the beautiful and powerful Swedish nature. This is a rare opportunity to step away from our daily life and reconnect with your future path of leadership and purpose – bringing clarity, depth, and direction for years to come.
Together with the Stifinder team and our trusted partners from the Andes Mountains of Peru, we will explore how ancient wisdom and modern leadership come together. Through teachings, ceremonies, reflection, and time in nature, this journey invites you to lead with presence, clarity, and purpose.
This Master Class is for Stifinders ready to deepen their knowledge and leadership – as a way of being in the world. Guided by indigenous Andean leadership methods and Nordic traditions, we create a space for leadership development and long lasting impact on our organizations and communities.
You can look forward to a structured development process filled with effective practices – opening the door to insights and experiences that will stay with you long after the session ends.
Your perception of the world -Creating a long lasting impact
Understanding the magic and insight of ancient Andean wisdom adds profound depth to our leadership and community building practices. These sacred techniques and ways of engaging with nature have been refined over millennia, all centered on one core purpose: to create sustainable impact.
There is much to learn from this visionary and enduring approach to life. What we in the Western world call “sustainability” is woven into every aspect of traditional Andean culture – from daily awareness practices, community organization, and leadership models, to their relationship with feminine and masculine energies, nature, Mother Earth (Pacha Mama), and cosmic guidance.
Ready for a more curious way of being in life?
This journey is for you who is ready to explore new perspectives and reconnect deeply with nature, with others, and with yourself. Guided by Andean philosophy and practices, we reflect, listen, and learn together.
We’ll explore what it means to lead, act, and live sustainably. We’ll engage in small, powerful daily practices and ask bigger questions:
- How do we care for each other and the planet?
- What does it mean to give more than we take?
- How do we build resilience?
- What is my legacy as a leader?
- How can I impact my organisation in the best way?
A new global paradigm
We stand at a threshold. A new global reality is emerging. Old systems are shifting – and what comes next depends not just on what we know, but on how we lead, communicate, and organize ourselves. With clarity, courage, and care.
This Master Class bridges cultures and mindsets, weaving together the best and most nuanced aspects of different traditions. No individual, no organization, no culture stands strongest alone. We are in this together. Together, we are stronger. Together, we make it happen.
This gathering unites our own Nordic traditions and Andean wisdom – recognizing that the world is sacred, alive, and that we are deeply interconnected.
Expect to explore both timeless and contemporary ways of seeing the world. Discover the intersections of Western organizational thinking and indigenous community practices. Engage in grounded spiritual practices that can ripple out into your organization, family, and culture.
This is not a course to complete.
It’s an experience to remember – and a beginning.
What you’ll take with you
- A deeper awareness of who you are as a leader and human being.
- A clear roadmap for your next steps as a leader.
- A stronger understanding of your impact on the world.

Immersive leadership training - Guided by nature
Stifinder, Puma and his team will lead us through this transformative experience. As a spiritual leader and guardian of ancestral wisdom, Puma was trained from childhood by his grandfather and continues to share teachings deeply rooted in community, ceremony, sacred reciprocity, and nature.
Puma and his team open a space for reconnection – not just with yourself, but with the forest, the elements, and the invisible forces that shape life. With clarity, grace, and humor, Puma invites us into a way of being and leading that restores balance. In ourselves, our relationships, and the living systems we belong to.
This is a leadership journey not built on performance but on presence. A leadership that listens, regenerates, and gives back.
Throughout our time together, nature will be an active companion. We will walk, reflect, listen, and engage in shared practices that bring the Stifinder experience into new terrain – guided by the forest, ancient ceremonies, and the wisdom that arises when we slow down and pay attention.
All learnings will be anchored in your Stifinder training, balancing deep insights with practical application. We combine structured exploration with embodied practices, creating an experience that stays with you long after the Master Class ends.
The essence of this journey is anchoring your leadership in what truly matters. It’s an invitation to reconnect, reflect, and return to life with greater awareness – for yourself, for others, and for the world.
